We are looking for a consultant with experience in customer journey design and marketing automation to support digital and omnichannel experience initiatives.
What you will do:
Design and optimize customer journeys and automated flows across digital channels.
Collaborate with business, marketing, CX, and technology teams.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and customer experience.
Translate business requirements into journey maps, automation flows, and experience recommendations.
Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
3–4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Experience, Customer Journeys, or Digital Experience roles.
Understanding of automated journeys, touchpoints, and omnichannel experiences.
Experience working in digital environments and cross-functional teams.
Bilingual English (daily communication with global teams).
